Entec Develops Wind Energy Team

Entec has appointed Nick Ripley as Technical Director of the Wind Energy Team. Based in Reading , Nick will be responsible for developing the existing team and portfolio of work to include all aspects of wind farm development. He will be involved in the whole process from initial site selection and screening through to development assistance in the form of EIAs and engineering design projects and including the role of customer’s engineer and project manager during the implementation phase.
Nick has been involved in the wind energy industry for over 12 years, working in development, sales and analytical positions for several of the industry’s market leaders including Vestas and WindMaster Developments, where he was involved in the first off-shore projects in the UK and Ireland.
