David Scott is responsible for the development of Entec’s business in the power sector. He is a director with over 20 years of experience in the energy sector working in technology, business development, and consultancy.

David started his career with British Gas and then worked for Osaka Gas in Japan and Europe for 10 years in a variety of technical and business development roles before moving into consultancy. David’s experience includes: research and development on coal, oil and gas processing technologies; applications and market development for energy storage materials for both electricity and natural gas; and international technical and business development consultancy projects in conventional power generation, environmental & processing engineering, and new technologies for bioenergy, energy efficiency, energy from waste, and fuel cells.
