In Entec, the first asset we'll develop is you. We are committed to investing in the development of people in order to maximise their motivation and ability to contribute to both their and the company's success.

Our performance development process incorporates a balanced scorecard of objectives agreed between you and your staff manager at least annually, which covers what you need to do to contribute to our business, as well as your personal success and development. This starts during Induction where every effort is made to support your transition into your new role.

We invest significantly in the development of bespoke internal courses in support of our competences, for example, project management training, etc. and in enhancing individuals' technical skills. As a general principle, we will facilitate all the training necessary to enable you to become fully competent in your role, to enhance your performance and to drive the progression of your career within the business.
